Automobile Sales Executive

Product- Ashok Leyland/ Force Motors Job Purpose: To achieve sales targets of commercial vehicles (such as trucks, tippers, trailers, buses, etc.) by identifying and developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing excellent service and product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines with customers. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management. 2.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet owners, transporters, corporates, and institutional buyers. Provide after-sales support, including resolving product or service complaints and follow-ups. 3.Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends. Provide regular feedback to the management to improve product positioning and sales strategies. 4.Documentation and Reporting: Assist customers with financing, registration, insurance, and other documentation processes. Maintain updated records of enquiries, leads, customer interactions, and sales in CRM or designated formats. Submit regular reports on sales performance and market feedback 5.Product Knowledge and Training: Stay updated with new product launches, features, and technical specifications. Participate in training programs conducted by the manufacturer or dealership.
