Ø Stay informed about the features, specification and pricing of the product available for sales Ø Greet & assist customer who visit the dealership Ø Understand the need and preference of the customer to offer right product Ø Conduct Test Drive to allow customer for experiencing the features & performance of product Ø Elaborate and display vehicles features, specifications, and capability to meet customer requirements & Assist customer in selecting a suitable model that suits their specifications and preference Ø Highlight USP and explain Finance, Accessories, EW,RSA & Insurance options Ø Participate in Negotiation and closing of deal Ø Complete documentations and share it with back office for further formalities Ø Maintain data in respective dealership DMS system Ø Participating in marketing events Ø Responsible for monthly Target achievement Ø Work closely to achieve team’s overall target Ø Reach out to clients through calls, home visits, and arranged meeting to spot their needs/preferences for web- Digital leads Ø Giving vehicle demonstration & test drive as per the guidelines. Ø Ensuring customer satisfaction during various stage of Sales process Ø Maintain contact with clients to ensure an opening for future business proposals and sales offers Ø Attend training sessions organized to enhance product knowledge and sales Job Specification: 1.
