Customer Relations Executive – Service Reminder Calls 🚗 📍 Location: Thane/Nerul/Kalyan/Kandivali/Borivali 🕒 Experience: 1–3 years in customer service or call center role (preferably automobile sector) 🎓 Qualification: HSC / Graduate 💼 Employment Type: Full-time 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Make outbound service reminder calls to customers for due/overdue vehicle servicing. Maintain daily call logs and follow-up reports. Update customer records in CRM system. Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team for booking appointments. Address basic customer queries and route complex issues to the relevant department. Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and communication etiquette. ✅ Requirements: Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Polite, professional, and customer-oriented approach. Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling. Prior experience in automobile service calling preferred.
