Job Description

Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, understanding their needs, presenting vehicle options, and conducting test drives. Sales & Negotiation: Negotiating prices, facilitating financing options, and closing sales deals. Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and competitive models. Relationship Building: Building rapport with customers, providing excellent service, and following up after the sale. Sales Process Management: Guiding customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to paperwork completion. Sales Targets: Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the dealership. Administrative Tasks: Preparing sales paperwork, maintaining customer databases, and tracking sales data. Collaboration: Working with other sales team members, finance departments, and management to achieve sales goals.
