Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plant machinery
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Maintain production equipment such as conveyors, robotic arms, welding machines, and assembly tools
Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with plant standards
Support audits and inspections by preparing relevant documentation

Technical Support

Use diagnostic tools and instruments to identify faults
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve equipment issues
Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements

Inventory & Tools

Manage spare parts inventory and request replacements as needed
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and safety gear

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering
Basic knowledge of PLCs, motors, sensors, and industrial automation
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
Familiarity with TPM, 5S, and Kaizen practices
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns
