Job Description

Automation cum Manual Tester : We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to validate the functionality and performance of our "A" App (Flutter-based) and Admin/Client Portals (React-based). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between manual testing and automation, ensuring robust regression testing cycles. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data capture, secure client access, and optimal user experience across mobile and web platforms.

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for both Manual and Automation testing.
  
• Develop and execute Selenium/Appium-based automation scripts for regression testing of the Web Portal and facilitate mobile automation for the Flutter App.
  
• Develop and execute manual test cases and confirm the quality of the deliverable WRT requirements.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Product Managers) to identify system requirements.
  
• Good with troubleshooting and issue debugging; quickly able to identify root causes in complex workflows involving AI labeling and Media uploads.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Hybrid Testing: Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for the "A" App (Mobile) and Admin Portal (Web).
  
• Automation Frameworks: Build and maintain Selenium-based automation test scripts for the React-based Admin Portal and implement automation strategies for the Flutter mobile application.
  
• Feature Validation: Rigorously test key features including Survey Management, Client Role-Based Access Control, and AI-driven needs categorization.
  
• Scenario Testing: Validate application behavior in challenging network conditions (offline/low network mode) and ensure data synchronization once connectivity is restored.
  
• API & Backend Testing: Verify APIs for survey responses, media uploads (Image, Audio, Video), and notification workflows (SMS/WhatsApp).
  
• Compatibility Testing: Conduct Device Responsive Testing for Android (version 10+) and iOS (version 13+) environments.
  
• Defect Management: Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using JIRA or similar tools.
  
• Performance: Assist in API Load Testing and performance validation to ensure scalability

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (Manual & Automation).
  
• Experience in testing Mobile Apps (Flutter/Android/iOS) and familiarity with mobile automation tools (e.g Appium)
  
• Proficiency in Selenium for web automation (React-based applications).
  
• Hands-on experience with API Testing (Postman, REST Assured) and understanding of Microservices architecture.
  
• Understanding of Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL/AlloyDB) to validate data consistency.
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
