Technical Support Engineer (Automation) Fresher Role

About the Role

Kickstart your career with ServiceNow as a Technical Support Engineer (Automation). In this role, you will support global customers, solve technical problems, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while learning cutting-edge technologies on the ServiceNow platform.

What You’ll Do

Assist customers with queries and technical issues via chat, email, and calls.
Troubleshoot and analyze problems using logs and diagnostic tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
Provide feedback to improve our product and support processes.
Learn and grow your expertise in the ServiceNow platform.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / related field from a Tier 1 college.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Basic exposure to programming/scripting (JavaScript, Shell, PowerShell – preferred, not

mandatory).

Awareness of Operating Systems (Windows/Unix) and Cloud fundamentals (AWS/Azure).
Passion to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively.
