Automation Sales Engineer

As a Sales Strategist in our company, your primary goal will be to develop and execute effective sales strategies that not only meet but exceed our sales targets and revenue goals. You will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities by building strong relationships with key decision-makers within our target industries. To excel in this role, you must stay updated with the latest advancements in industrial automation technology including PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, VFDs, Sensors, Cables, Control panels, and more. Your collaboration with the sales team will be essential in pinpointing key customers and prospects for on-site visits. During these visits, your focus will be on comprehending their specific needs, challenges, and goals. A significant part of your responsibilities will involve preparing detailed and customized proposals, ensuring they are tailored to address customer needs while remaining competitive in the market. Your insights gained from conducting market research will be valuable in identifying industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth opportunities. Furthermore, you will be expected to provide constructive feedback to our product development team based on customer needs and market demands. This continuous loop of communication is vital for our company's success and innovation.
