Job Description

Role Summary: Drive Industry 4.0 adoption by enabling factories to achieve data-driven automation, real-time dashboards, and predictive maintenance. You’ll bridge technology and business—turning plant problems into automation opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through solution-based selling. Prospect and close clients in manufacturing, CNC, and process industries. Understand customer pain points and map them to automation, OPC, Edge, or Cloud analytics solutions. Conduct demos, technical presentations, ROI analysis, and business case preparation. Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and follow-ups through to PO closure. Coordinate with in-house R&D and engineering teams for PoC development, integration, and deployment. Maintain CRM pipeline, forecast accuracy, and regular client reporting. Represent the company in industrial exhibitions, product demos, and client workshops.
