Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse customer journeys and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
Design and develop automation solutions using LCNC tools (e.g., Yellow.ai, Zoho Creator, Zapier, Make).
Build workflows, configure interfaces, integrate data, and define business logic for scalable solutions.
Automate customer support, onboarding, feedback, and personalisation to enhance customer experience.
Implement communication automation across email, chatbots, social media, and internal channels.
Integrate LCNC solutions with CRMs, helpdesk software, marketing platforms, and databases using APIs and connectors.
Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and adherence to business requirements.
Document automated processes and deliver training to users and citizen developers.
Monitor performance of automations and drive continuous optimisation and expansion.
Establish and promote best practices in LCNC development, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
Stay updated on LCNC tools, trends, and AI/ML innovations for enhanced automation strategies.
