Automation Engineer

Job Role and Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Mechanical design concept for Automation & development
• Program and configure PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), SCADA, and other industrial control systems.
• Development of Profile structure & assembly
• Pneumatics system assembly & integration with equipment
• Installation and commissioning of new automation equipment
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts and assemblies for new development
• Evaluate new technologies (robotics, AMRs, COBOT, additive manufacturing) for integration into automation
• Design, install and maintain electrical automation systems (sensors, drives, actuators, motors, control panels).
• Develop wiring diagrams, electrical layouts, and panel designs.
• Hands-on with PLC hardware wiring, motor drives, VFDs, relays, and sensors.
• Develop Electrical automation technologies (smart sensors, IIoT, Industry 5.0 )
• Develop and optimize PLC, SCADA, HMI
• Dedicated Robotic programming (SCARA, 6 Axis, COBOT)
• Ensure compliance with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, OPC-UA, MQTT)
• Implement Industry 5.0 solutions (IIoT, data logging, and smart monitoring).
