Job Description

Experience in PLC Ladder Programming, HMI Screens Development with (Allen Bradley,Mitsbuishi,Beckhoff,Delta,Omron & Siemens) - Design and Development of Control Panel and Electrical Architectures - Must have knowledge of Robotic based automation systems - Making documentation of projects which includes test reports, SOP etc - Must have knowledge of communication protocol like RS 232, TCP/IP, Modbus, CAN,ActiveX etc - Responsible for understanding project requirements and developing control logic in detail - Good Technical Understanding and Troubleshooting Skills - Should have broad exposure in Measuring Devices (Load Cell, LVDT, Resistance etc), knowledge of sensors both analog and digital - Broad Domain experience in motion control projects including servo motors and pneumatic for various assembly manufacturing process - Hands-on working experience in AutoCAD/E-Plan Designer - Project BOM, Purchase requisition/Project Manual Preparation - Perform calculation & selection of Motors, Drives, AC, Load calculations & cable selections based upon application & design standards - Must have handled automation projects Independently - Collaborate closely with the mechanical design engineer for seamless system integration - Work well within a team environment
