Post-graduate qualification (optional) in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management will be an added advantage. Experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in precision fabrication, machining, and assembly operations , preferably in marine, renewable energy, or heavy-engineering sectors . Proven experience in managing end-to-end production of mechanical assemblies involving milling, turning, shaft alignment, and gearbox installation . Technical Skills Required Sound knowledge of CNC machining, vertical milling, and shaft alignment techniques (preferably using dial or CMM alignment methods).
