Job Description

Expert in PLC, HMI & Servo Programming, Robot Programming, Technical, Communication, Team Player.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize the PLC Program, Motion CPU Programming, SCADA & HMI development.
Generate BOM, Drawings by EPLAN, Schedules of the Machine.
Getting Electrical Panels fabricated from external suppliers or Inhouse.
Electrical wiring, programming, testing in workshop and getting Pre dispatch Inspection done by customer to enable dispatch from workshop to installation site.
Installation and Commissioning Runs of Machines as per Specification Sheet of Machine.
Monitor and Analyze Commissioned Machine Parameter with Machine Specification Sheet.
Benchmark performance with existing Machines.

Qualifications

B. Tech ( Electrical)

Required Skills

Knowledge of Basic Process, latest Technological Advancement in Machine Design, Plant and Automatic Machines.

Preferred Skills

Expert in PLC, HMI & Servo Programming, Robot Programming, Technical, Communication, Team Player.
