Role Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven graduates to join our automation team as RPA and AI developers. In this role, you will be trained to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and AI technologies. You will work on real-world automation use cases across different industries, contributing to projects that streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and identify automation opportunities with the help of senior developers or business analysts.
• Develop RPA bots using Aiwozo Enterprise Automation suite.
• Integrate AI/ML models with automation workflows where applicable.
• Test & deploy automation solutions.
• Document technical specifications & process workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, QA, and project managers.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on RPA and AI advancements.
• Troubleshoot and debug bot issues during development and after deployment.

Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML or a related field.
• Basic Python programming skills and knowledge about ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with concepts of Intelligent Automation.
• Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Certification in Aiwozo from the Aiwozo Academy is a plus.
