Automation Consultant

As an Automation Consultant at Leapwork, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and automation in the organization. Your analytical skills, client-oriented approach, and ability to integrate within the client's internal team will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop a deep understanding of the LEAPWORK Platform and its functionalities - Create workflows and custom solutions to address specific customer needs - Identify client needs and propose the best solutions - Analyze test automation requirements, design leapwork frameworks, execute tests, and report results - Engage with clients in technical pre- and post-sales activities to ensure LEAPWORK adoption - Review automated test scripts, provide guidance on best practices, and resolve design/script issues - Support internal teams, customers, and partners during project implementation - Document solutions and maintain best practices - Stay updated on new technologies and their integration with LEAPWORK **Qualifications Required:** - 4-9 years of experience in QA of Web/Desktop/Mobile/App - 3-7 years of experience in automation tools such as Selenium Web Driver, VSTS, UFT, Tosca, or any RPA tools - Proficiency in at least one programming language like C#, Java, Python, or OOPs - Experience in creating Automation Frameworks, test automation strategy, and effort estimations - Familiarity with agile, DevOps processes, source control, database, and CI/CD implementation - Knowledge of tools like Jira, Jenkins, Team City, Azure is a plus - Experience in performance testing and AI-driven solutions for automation efficiency - Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Ability to work independently, handle client needs, and travel nationally and internationally - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent Leapwork is a global AI-powered visual test automation solution that is making waves in the industry.
