The role will drive the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE), ensuring governance, best practices, and scalable solutions while overseeing end-to-end delivery of business-critical applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills to empower organizations to maximize the value of Power Platform. Experience Range: 17+ yrs Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design: Architect scalable, secure, and efficient solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to meet business requirements. Design end-to-end solutions integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, and other third-party systems. Develop technical roadmaps, reference architectures, and solution blueprints for Power Platform implementations. Power Platform CoE Leadership: Establish and lead the Power Platform Center of Excellence, defining governance policies, best practices, and standards. Promote adoption of Power Platform across the organization by providing guidance, training, and reusable frameworks. Monitor and optimize Power Platform environments using tools like CoE Starter Kit, ensuring compliance, security, and performance. Delivery & Project Oversight: Lead end-to-end delivery of Power Platform projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. Technical Expertise & Innovation: Provide expertise in Power Apps (canvas, model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse for building low-code solutions. Leverage Azure services (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management) to extend Power Platform capabilities. Stay updated on Power Platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends to drive innovation. Stakeholder Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with business units, IT teams, and external partners to align solutions with strategic objectives. Mentor developers, citizen developers, and junior architects on Power Platform best practices and solution design. Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive platform adoption and capability building. Governance & Compliance: Implement security, compliance, and data governance standards for Power Platform solutions (e.g., DLP policies, environment strategies). Ensure solutions adhere to organizational policies, industry regulations, and Microsoft best practices. Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Proficiency in Azure services (e.g., Azure AD, Logic Apps, Functions) and integration patterns (APIs, connectors). Knowledge of data modeling, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and DevOps for Power Platform. Familiarity with programming languages like Power Fx, JavaScript, C#, or SQL is a plus.
