Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI Motion Designer located in Gurugram. The role involves creating and editing motion graphics, video content, and graphic design materials for diverse campaigns and platforms. In addition to traditional design skills, the ideal candidate should have experience using AI-powered creative tools (such as RunwayML, Adobe Sensei, or similar) to enhance visual storytelling, automate workflows, and generate innovative content. The designer will collaborate closely with the creative team, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure all assets align with branding guidelines and campaign objectives. Qualifications 2–5 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and animation. Excellent understanding of visual storytelling and animation techniques Strong proficiency in software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, illustrator, photoshop and other tools. Experience or interest in using AI tools like Runway, Midjourney, Heygen, etc. A solid portfolio showcasing motion design work (AI-enhanced work is a plus) Familiarity with 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
