POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineering (QE) Professional with a strong background in Test Automation, solid experience in Manual Testing and hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath or Automation Anywhere (AA). The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks for web, API, and backend systems using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Karate, and Rest Assured with Java. This role also involves contributing to process automation using RPA tools, integrating testing efforts within CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS • Design, develop, and maintain automation framework and scripts for UI and API testing using Selenium, Playwright, Karate, and Rest Assured with Java. • Perform manual testing for web, API, and backend components, ensuring full test coverage where automation is not feasible or practical. • Create and execute manual test cases, maintain test documentation, and report defects clearly and accurately. • Build and integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. • Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and implement fixes to ensure reliable and maintainable automation scripts. • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure quality throughout the SDLC. • Write, execute, and manage test cases, and log and track defects using tools such as JIRA or TestRail. • Conduct backend validation and data integrity checks using SQL. • Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere (AA) to automate business workflows. • Develop and deploy RPA bots and workflows, and integrate with third-party systems, APIs, and databases. • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, version control systems like Git, and working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Experience scripting in Java (primary), and familiarity with Python, VB.NET, or C# is a plus. • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure) is an advantage. • Certifications in UiPath or Automation Anywhere are a plus. • Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
