Job Description – AutoCAD Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD drafting, experience in technical drawings, and the ability to work on mechanical, electrical, or civil layouts as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, layout plans, and technical designs based on project requirements.
• Modify, update, and revise existing drawings as per instructions from project managers or engineers.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure accuracy and quality in all drawings.
• Understand project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.
• Maintain and organize all drawing files and documentation for ongoing and completed projects.
• Support project teams in preparing BOQs, material lists, and technical documentation when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) is mandatory.
• Strong technical understanding and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
