AutoCAD drafting skills

Interns will work under the guidance of experienced professionals in our design & engineering department, gaining hands-on exposure to structural drafting, manufacturing standards, and modern CNC cutting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

2D AutoCAD drawings

• Read and interpret structural dimension drawings from clients.

• Create production-ready files optimized for CNC laser cutting, including nesting considerations.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure drawings meet manufacturing requirements.

• Maintain drawing records and ensure revisions are updated in line with project needs.

BOM (Bill of Materials)

Preferred Qualifications

Mechanical Engineering

AutoCAD 2D drafting

structural drawings

• Bonus (not required):

o Experience with CNC laser or plasma cutting machines.

o Understanding of manufacturing or shop floor operations.

o Familiarity with nesting software.

Skills & Attributes

• Accuracy and attention to detail in technical drawings.

• Time management and willingness to learn.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
