Auto Loan Executive

As a Car Finance Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with securing in-house financing for their used/pre-owned car purchases. Your main focus will be on converting showroom visitors into opting for our financing solutions over external banks or agencies. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers at the showroom to educate them about our in-house loan options for used cars. - Assist customers through the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is in order, conducting eligibility checks, and seeking approvals. - Cultivate strong relationships with customers to improve loan conversion rates. - Collaborate with banks/NBFCs when necessary, but prioritize in-house financing solutions. - Meet monthly loan conversion targets to support business growth. - Maintain detailed records of loan applications, approvals, and customer interactions. Requirements: - Graduate in any stream. - 1+ years of experience in car sales/finance, preferably in a used car showroom. - Demonstrated skills in negotiation and persuasion. - Basic understanding of loan processes, credit checks, and banking regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In addition to the above, the job is full-time with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule consists of day shifts with fixed timings, and the work location is in person.
