As a Service Delivery Officer within Branch Banking, your primary responsibility will be to handle personalized service requests from customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will collaborate with bank and company officials to address queries and observations, ensuring smooth audit execution. Furthermore, you will calculate Drawing Power (DP) based on banking norms and be involved in identifying and mitigating fraud, errors, and fund diversions. Your responsibilities will also involve analyzing audited balance sheets, bank statements, and understanding financial terms related to banking and their associated limits.
