Payment Operations - Analyst

As a Regulatory Reporting Specialist, your role will involve handling regulatory reporting submissions to the relevant regulator(s). You will be responsible for scrutinizing documentary evidence in accordance with the required regulations before processing transactions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Product teams to ensure transaction handling aligns with regulatory guidelines. Your contribution will be crucial in supporting the rollout of cash products initiatives, including system and technology implementations for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Handle regulatory reporting submissions to the relevant regulator(s) - Scrutinize documentary evidence to ensure compliance with regulations before processing transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transaction handling aligns with regulatory guidelines - Support the rollout of cash products initiatives, including system and technology implementations for clients Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trade Finance or banking related roles - Strong knowledge of banking norms, regulations in general, and Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) guidelines in particular - Thorough understanding of regulations pertaining to current and capital account transactions - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and partnership skills - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint If you meet the Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills, it would be a plus: - Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Chartered Accountant certification,
