Job Description

As a Service Delivery Officer within Branch Banking, your primary responsibility will be to handle personalized service requests from customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will be expected to generate business MIS reports and ensure strict adherence to compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements for the customer segment you are servicing. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with CPC/RPC/Investment desks for the smooth account opening process for customers and manage any complaints effectively within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). Your role will also involve developing and maintaining strong banking relationships with a select group of high net worth customers. Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation are essential for this position. You should possess a courteous and polite demeanor and have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes. A solid grasp of banking norms and processes will also be necessary to excel in this role.,
