Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Authorization Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Authorization Executive will be responsible for verifying patients' insurance benefits, entering patient demographics, handling claims scrubbing, charge entry, batch submission, and payment posting. Additionally, the role involves following up on unpaid claims, rebilling, sending appeals, and reprocessing claims through phone communication. The Authorization Executive will ensure that all processes are performed accurately and efficiently to support the financial performance of individual and group practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in claims scrubbing, charge entry, and payment posting
• Skills in verifying insurance benefits and entering patient demographics
• Proficiency in AR recovery, denial management, and reprocessing claims
• Strong communication skills for phone-based reprocessing and follow-up
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Reputation for reliability, accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality
• Prior experience in healthcare billing/coding or related fields is a plus
• Relevant educational background such as a degree or certification in healthcare administration or related field
