Australian Accounts Analyst (5 AM - Australian Shift)

Accounts Analyst Grade I
Experience Required: 3+ Years

We are seeking an ambitious Accounts Analyst Grade I to support VNC Global by managing accounting tasks and analyzing team performance. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and attention to detail to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision-making.

Location: Vadodara
Shift: Australian Shift (Starts at 5 AM)

Software knowledge: Xero/ Quickbooks/ Sage/ Dext

Key Responsibilities:

• Review business transactions across sales, purchases, payroll, and other areas.
• Perform reconciliations (Vendor, Bank, Customer, Fixed Assets, Tax Balances).
• Prepare financial reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Oversee the work of Accounts Associates and provide guidance.
• Conduct financial analysis, identify risks, and suggest improvements.
• Communicate with clients and team members for information gathering and coordination.
• Maintain process documentation and support billing/payment activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Inter-CA / Inter-CMA / Inter-ACCA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com. / B.Com. or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in foreign accounting software.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving financial processes and industry standards.
