Auditor, Senior Internal

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, complemented by extensive experience in data analytics. This position will play a critical role in enhancing our auditing processes through the implementation and use of advanced data analytics techniques. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes to ensure the integrity of data and financial records. Utilize data analytics tools to perform risk assessments and identify areas of concern within existing auditing processes. Develop audit programs that leverage data analytics to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze complex data sets. Prepare detailed audit reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommending actionable improvements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of audit practices, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent professional certification preferred. At least 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with a focus on data analytics. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as ACL, IDEA, SQL, or Python. Strong understanding of financial principles and regulatory environments within India. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Skills

Familiarity with SAP and advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience in conducting audits in a multinational organization is an advantage.
