We are seeking an experienced Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in auditing and a strong background in financial analysis, compliance, and risk management. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and the effectiveness of internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Analyze financial statements and reports to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
• Develop audit plans and strategies based on risk assessments.
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions and improve processes.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of annual audit schedules and timelines.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of auditing standards and regulations in India.
