Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection & Recovery Agent located in Noida. The Collection & Recovery Agent will be responsible for managing and executing debt collection activities. This includes reaching out to clients to discuss overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records of all communications and transactions. The agent will also resolve customer issues, answer questions regarding payments, and work closely with the finance department to update account statuses.
