Role Overview: You have the opportunity to join the Assurance team at EY as an Audit Specialist, where you will play a key role in various audit engagements across different industry sectors. By building your finance & audit knowledge, you will become a credible auditor, influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that impact entire industries. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a thorough understanding of the audit clients' business. - Interact with clients to gather necessary data and information, as well as set up and maintain audit files. - Support the planning, execution, and delivery of assurance engagements. - Document the execution of audit procedures accurately as per engagement objectives and planned audit approach. - Conduct data and information analysis while working on various audit projects. Qualifications Required: - Drive to gain a deep understanding of finance & accounting, business management, with some previous experience being advantageous. - Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills. - Strong academic record with a university degree or being a last year student in economics/finance/accounting or related area. - Excellent proficiency in spoken and written Lithuanian and English. - Ability to work full time.
