Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gorakhpur for an Audit Manager. The Audit Manager will be responsible for leading and managing financial audits, preparing and analyzing financial statements, reviewing accounting systems and processes, and ensuring compliance with financial standards. The role involves leading a team, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with clients in multiple industries to deliver high-quality assurance services. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work within deadlines are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Audits
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess and interpret financial data and identify trends
• Foundational knowledge in Finance and Accounting for ensuring accurate and compliant handling of financial activities
• Relevant professional certifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant) or equivalent are preferred
• Proficiency in using relevant tools and software for accounting and audit processes
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with clients
• Prior experience in audit or financial management roles is highly desirable
