Job Description

Role: Ensure compliance, detect irregularities, and improve operational efficiency in sales, service, spare parts,HR and finance departments.

Review daily transactions of sales, service, and spares departments.
Verify vehicle stock movement (inward & outward).
Audit vehicle delivery processes – documentation, PDI, invoicing, registration.
Ensure proper maintenance of customer service records and complaint resolution.
Conduct inventory audit of spare parts and accessories.
Validate discount approvals, schemes, and offers applied to sales/service.
Cross-check warranty claims and their submission status.
Reconcile cash, bank receipts, and finance disbursements.
Audit test drive records, fuel logs, gate pass, job cards, etc.
Ensure compliance with OEM norms and company policies.
Submit monthly/quarterly audit reports with observations & corrective action plans.
Train departments on non-compliance findings and prevention.
AUTO MOBILE EXPERIANCE IS MANDATOY (MIN 4+)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per year
