Audit Associate

We are hiring Qualified Chartered Accountants, either freshers or experienced professionals, for the position of Concurrent Auditor at our client location Kharagpur, West Bengal. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth exposure to the government organization financial sector while working in a professional audit environment.

Position: Chartered Accountant – Concurrent Audit

Location: Chowrangee, Kharagpur, West Bengal

Experience: Fresher or Experienced

Type: Full-time

• Conduct concurrent audits of financial statements and records.
• Verify transactions, books of accounts, and internal records for accuracy and compliance.
• Review internal control systems and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and internal audit guidelines.
• Identify and report irregularities, risks, and control weaknesses.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and discuss findings with management.
• Maintain coordination with client officials for audit-related communication.

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified from ICAI.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in government department concurrent audits will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
