Audit Associate

Job Description: As a CA qualified professional with 0-2 years of experience in Audit (Freshers Preferred), you will be expected to: - Work on Statutory audit, Tax audit, Internal Audit, and Internal Financial Control engagements. - Demonstrate a reasonable understanding and experience of AS, Ind-AS, Standards on Auditing, Internal Audit, and Financial Statements Review. - Lead and execute on-field audit/IFC engagements, including preparing reports for review by engagement leads. - Monitor the on-field performance of articles/interns working under you. - Develop and implement an audit fieldwork plan to ensure timely completion of audits and submission of deliverables/reports as per the planned schedule. - Utilize strong communication skills to engage in discussions with process owners and client management. - Articulate issues, identify risks, and suggest improvement measures effectively.
