Job Title: Audit and Compliance Executive

Department: Audit & Compliance

Location: Sir Ganga Ram City Hospital, Delhi

Experience: 5–6 years

Qualification: CA Intermediate (CA Inter) – Must be completed

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct periodic internal audits across departments to ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and statutory regulations

Identify control weaknesses, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions

Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (e.g., NABH) and legal requirements

Prepare audit reports and follow up on audit findings

Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies

Stay updated on changes in accounting, tax, and healthcare regulations

Required Qualifications and Skills:

CA Inter (completed) is mandatory

5–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or similar sectors

Strong understanding of internal audit, financial regulations, and risk management

Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems
