Role: Audio Visual Manager Location: On-site, Noida Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Audio Visual Manager to lead our AV installation and integration projects in Pan India . The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of AV system delivery, including planning, execution, team coordination, and client interfacing. This role is critical in ensuring that AV installations are completed efficiently, meet the highest quality standards, and align with project specifications and timelines. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end execution of AV projects, from planning to final handover Supervise on-site installation of audio, video, and control systems Coordinate with design teams, vendors, and technicians to ensure system integration aligns with project goals Oversee the setup of video conferencing systems, lighting control, and related AV infrastructure Perform and guide technical troubleshooting and quality assurance checks Ensure compliance with project documentation, drawings, and technical standards Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to on-site technicians and junior staff Maintain clear communication with clients, providing technical guidance and updates Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in managing AV system integration projects Deep knowledge of ProAV technologies, video conferencing, control systems, and structured cabling Familiarity with lighting and automation systems integration Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation Effective communication and client relationship skills Bachelor’s degree in engineering, AV technology, or related field (preferred) Industry certifications (e.g., CTS, Crestron, Extron, Dante) are highly desirable Minimum 5 years of experience in the AV or system integration industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Show more Show less
