Audience Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential delegates from a given database to promote and confirm attendance for B2B conferences.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly confirmation targets.
• Maintain detailed call records, remarks, and lead status in CRM or Excel.
• Validate data (designation, company, contact details) and ensure database accuracy.
• Follow up with interested leads to maximize conversion.
• Uphold communication standards and represent the company professionally in every interaction.
• Collaborate with marketing and delegate acquisition teams to improve target lists and outreach strategies.
• Share call feedback and insights to enhance overall audience quality.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive ability

• Strong listening skills and positive attitude

• Basic proficiency in Excel and data entry

Qualifications

• Graduate

• 1–2 years of experience in outbound calling / telesales / audience acquisition

• Experience in the events, media, or marketing domain will be preferred
