Upgrade the Automic Workload Automation (AWA) platform from V12.2 to V21.3.

This upgrade will be performed in following environments

i.Non-Production One

ii.Production - One

Following key services will be performed to carry out this upgrade

A.Discovery, Planning and Onboarding

a.Kick-Off meeting between the Supplier and stakeholder

b.Understand the current landscape

c.Discuss and agree on the upgrade approach including version (Version 21.2 or Version 21.3)

d.Discuss and agree the Plan

e.Discuss and agree the Test approach including key jobs all jobs to be tested

f.Start Documenting the migration process

B.Non-Production - Upgrade and Deploy

a.Secure the internal approvals to kick start the upgrade process

b.Install Automic Workload Automation agreed version and its components

c.Upgrade deploy the 45 agents

d.Fix the issues configurations

e.Update the Migration document

f.Validate the system features

C.Non-Production - Test and Validate

a.Assist and Support team in testing

b.Sign Off by team on the successful upgrade of the non-Production environment

D.Production - Upgrade and Deploy

a.Secure the internal approvals to kick start the upgrade process

b.Install Automic Workload Automation agreed version and its components

c.Upgrade deploy the 12 agents

d.Fix the issues configurations

e.Update the Migration document

f.Validate the system features

E.Production Production Validation

a.Assist and Support team in testing

b.Sign Off by team on the successful upgrade of the Production environment

c.Provide Hypercare Warranty for two weeks

F.Handover to Support Teams Operations Team
