ATM Service Engineer - All districts of Bihar

ATM Service Engineer – Job Responsibilities Installation & Setup Install ATMs, cash recyclers, passbook printers, and related equipment at customer sites. Configure machines according to company and bank specifications. Maintenance & Servicing Perform regular preventive maintenance of ATMs to ensure smooth operation. Replace worn-out parts, consumables (receipt paper, cartridges, etc.), and faulty modules. Troubleshooting & Repair Attend service calls for hardware/software issues. Diagnose technical problems in ATMs, cash recyclers, and allied equipment. Resolve issues such as card reader faults, dispenser jams, sensor errors, printer failures, etc. Software & Networking Support Upgrade ATM software and firmware as per requirement. Check and resolve basic networking and connectivity issues. Cash Management Support Assist in balancing and reconciliation of cash if required. Ensure ATM is functioning properly for deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Monitoring & Reporting Report faults, repairs, and service activities to the company/clients. Maintain service logs and documentation. Escalate unresolved issues to higher technical support. Customer Support Coordinate with bank officials, vendors, and customers during service visits. Ensure timely resolution of issues to minimize downtime. Safety & Compliance Follow security guidelines while handling ATMs. Adhere to company policies, bank regulations, and compliance standards. Travel & Field Work Be available for on-site support across designated regions. Work in shifts or on-call as per service requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
