• Good Communication Skills

• Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA, Confluence Server and Cloud

• Use built-in customisation's as well as third-party add-ons for extending the functionality of Atlassian Tools

• Experience in writing scripts (like Groovy, JavaScript, &c.)

• Experience in Jira and Confluence data migration from server to cloud

• Experience in writing SQL statements to usefully query application databases

• Work on linux/unix server, execute basic commands

• Provide technical support during P1 incidents by troubleshooting logs or project-specific blocker issues

• Independently evaluate Atlassian Marketplace third-party plugins

• Create/modify JIRA workflows, screens, issue types, custom fields, schemes, issues indexes, &c.

• Analyse, review, and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement

• Demonstrates solutions-oriented thinking and independent problem solving

• Effectively communicate and share knowledge with internal and external stakeholders
