Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Assurance Associate 2 to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 6-11 years of experience in assurance services, preferably with exposure to investment funds. Roles and Responsibility Participate in various projects and collaborate with multiple teams to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Develop and demonstrate an understanding of RSM's US audit approach, methodology, and tools. Perform audit procedures and tests according to the overall audit plan, ensuring proper documentation. Identify accounting and auditing issues and discuss them with the audit in-charge to resolve problems. Assist the engagement team in preparing audit reports and management letters. Ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain professional development through ongoing education. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce/MBA or Qualified Chartered Accountant/ACCA/CPA with 6-11 years of relevant experience. Possess strong data analytical skills, including advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas), Word, and PowerPoint. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as frequent client communications are required. Exhibit strong multi-tasking and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Be motivated to work in a fast-paced environment and possess a client-focused approach. Qualified CA Freshers with Articleship or ACCA/CPA Pursuing (half-way through the qualification) are also encouraged to apply.
