Experience : 8 years ++ .

Industries : Preference given to Food Industries.

Qualification, Graduate + any qualification in material management( desirable)

• Procurement Strategy:
• Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to procure high-quality raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies required for food production.
• Ensure procurement aligns with production schedules and operational needs.
• Vendor Management:
• Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers for cost-effective and quality goods.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers to ensure competitive rates.
• Conduct regular vendor assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and timely delivery.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor stock levels and plan purchases to avoid overstocking or shortages.
• Implement inventory control systems to minimize waste and optimize storage capacity.
• Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that all purchased goods meet the company's quality standards and comply with food safety regulations (e.g., FSSAI, ISO, HACCP).
• Collaborate with the quality control team for periodic inspections and sampling of raw materials.
• Cost Optimization:
• Monitor and control procurement budgets to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality.
• Explore new suppliers or alternative materials to reduce costs without compromising product quality.
• Market Research and Trend Analysis:
• Stay updated on market trends, price fluctuations, and new product availability in the food industry.
• Forecast and anticipate potential
