Job Description

We are looking Asst.Manager Sales Operation with top pharma company.

Candidates from Pharma industry prefer.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and other business partners to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
Manage and process orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of supplies.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the companys Domestic policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Support to sales teams by preparing sales forecasts, analyzing sales data, creating reports to assist in decision making.
Coordinate with SCM teams to ensure that goods are delivered on time and as per purchase order only.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts and customer information.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in domestic markets.
Prepare MIS and share with customers and inform/coordinate with BD team for Troubleshooting. Work with internal teams, such as PPIC, Finance, RA, dispatch to ensure that products and services meet the needs of customers.
Ensure compliance with domestic regulations and requirements, including obtaining necessary licenses and permits.
Track of actual RMC/CCPC VS standard to ensure profitability as per plan.
ERP/SAP knowledge is mandatory.
Knowledge of MS office.
