Job Title: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

Band: C1

Function: Operations (OCSU)

Reports to: Lead - System Governance & Reinsurance Administration

Location: Gurgaon, HO

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Good Knowledge of Life Insurance concepts & Products
• Expertise/Intermediate level of working on excel
• Inclination towards becoming BA/ Manual Tester
• Basic/Intermediate knowledge of SQL/Oracle (Required)
• Understands SDLC & other IT terminology (Required)
• Any certification in Life Insurance or testing domain (Good to have)
• Good communication skills across all levels
• Multi-Tasking ability

• Problem solving ability

Eligibility criteria:

• Graduate/Post graduate with specialization in any discipline 01 or more years of experience.
• Excellent analytical and verbal/written communication skills; capable of effectively interfacing with partner at every level.
• Good on Excel & understanding of basic SQL, MS Access or any other database (Desired)
• Understanding of Life Insurance Concepts (Good to have)
