Asst. Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our clothing store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fashion and customer service. You will be responsible for managing staff, maximizing store performance, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Performance
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to increase profitability.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
• Team Management
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate store staff.
• Schedule shifts and manage daily operations efficiently.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
• Customer Experience
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Build relationships with loyal customers and encourage repeat business.
• Store Operations
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Oversee cash handling, banking procedures, and daily reconciliation.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and health & safety standards.
• Marketing & Promotions
• Implement in-store promotions and events to drive foot traffic.
• Collaborate with head office on branding and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in retail (preferably fashion/apparel).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail software (e.g., POS systems).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
