Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Corporate and Private Sales with 5–6 years of relevant experience in the diagnostic healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and driving business growth in the areas of Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Immunology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed annual sales targets preferably for infection control, diagnostic equipment and reagents across Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Immunology.
    Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement detailed sales strategies to drive market penetration and business expansion within the assigned territory. Market Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, execute successful product launches, and enhance market presence.  Customer Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with corporate and private clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Product & Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive technical and clinical understanding of diagnostic products and provide effective client consultation. Sales Funnel Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure. Data Analysis & Reporting: Use advanced Excel skills to perform sales data analysis, generate forecasts, and submit timely reports to management. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field (MBA preferred).
    5–6 years of relevant sales experience in diagnostic or medical equipment industry.
  • Strong Channel Sales Experience
    Strong knowledge of Infection Control, Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Immunology. Strong planning and forecasting ability and experience for the territory Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), PowerPoint and CRM platforms. Ability to travel as required within assigned territory.
