Professor Job Description (hotel management food production chef)

We are looking for a well-organized, resourceful assistant professors to teach subjects such as food production in hotel management as per the course assign by Gujarat Technology University to join our institute affiliated by AICTE running in the name of Asia Pacific Institute of Hotel Management.
Professor Responsibilities:

• Developing curricular and delivering course material.
• Arrangements of guest lectures, Seminars, workshops etc. for students.
• Marketing and Admissions duties.
• Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities.
• Conduct orientation sessions
• Helps drive organization values and philosophy and ensures all training and development activities are linked to the vision and mission of the organization.
• Continuously focus on the associate development needs.
• Conduct training needs assessments, design and develop training programs and facilitate the delivery of programs.

Professor Requirements:

• MBA in hotel management Specialization in food production/ Preferred (PHD in the relevant field)
• 2-5 years of experience teaching in an academic setting.
• Published articles and proven experience as an academic.
• Strong teaching and mentoring skills.
• Excellent presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
• A sound understanding of and passion for subject matter.
• A growth mindset and excellent networking abilities.

Salary: 40 to 60 k Per month (No bar for right candidate) Assured growth.#
