- Plan and coordinate procedures and systems for daily operations to ensure work flows smoothly and efficiently.
-Oversee management for facility services like Housekeeping, Transportation, Pantry ,Canteen & Food Creche, Office Supplies etc.
-Accommodation arrangements for new joiners/guests as needed
-Local commute/transportation arrangements for guests, Customer visits
-Support/Coordinate organization of Town Halls, employee events
--Validate & Process Invoices for payments
-Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, Safety and environmental program and culture
-Oversee departmental budgets, monitor expenses and assist in budget preparation and cost optimization.
-Devise, implement and regularly review office policies and systems, ensure compliance with company, Legal and regulatory standards.
- Supervise records management, ensure accurate storage and retrieval of important documents
-Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve office efficiency and productivity.
-Analyze reports,prepare management reports and offer insights for continous improvement
-Arrange and supervise office activities such as meetings, events, renovations , recycling programs and more
Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's with 9-11years experience
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
-Critical thinking and problem solving abilities
-Should be able to handle multiple tasks
-Proactive in identifying and recommending new approaches to improve quality, cost, and processes
- Management of contracts with vendors
-Continuous improvement
-Project Management
