HR Outsourcing Asst. Sales Manager

Your daily responsibilities will include:

·      Prospecting and engaging with potential clients

·      Developing customized HR outsourcing solutions to meet client needs

·      Building and maintaining strong client relationships

·      Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends

·      Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals

·      Negotiating and closing sales contracts

·      Achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to revenue growth

·      Coordinating with internal teams to ensure exceptional client service

Qualifications:

Sales, Business Development

HR Outsourcing, Payroll Processing

·      Proficiency in GreytHR, Spine HRMS software or any other HR software.

·      Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Bachelor’s degree

Experience:

Candidates with Prior experience in the HRMS or Payroll outsourcing industry should only apply.

Experience of handling sales team across India will be added advantage.
